Hermon’s Success Learning Academy has a mission to build exceptional, top-tier preschools that demonstrate how children from all backgrounds can succeed when given a solid foundation early in life. Our ultimate goal is to create a nurturing, secure, and engaging environment that promotes social bonding and comprehensive growth for children. Our education approach is founded on the principles taught by Jesus Christ.
Our vision is to nurture a love of learning by providing opportunities for children to become critical and creative thinkers at an early age. We achieve this by building life skills and confidence that allow them to pursue their passions. Our goal is to offer a safe and engaging preschool experience that gives parents peace of mind in their choice. We strive to create lifelong memories for children to cherish.
Hermon’s Success Learning Academy aims to offer a welcoming and caring environment for children’s learning and development. We focus on providing children with a childhood experience filled with adventure, exploration, and friendship. We strive to create a program that fosters a warm and supportive community where families and children feel at home. Our program is rooted in the word of God, ensuring that we cultivate values such as kindness, empathy, and respect. Hermon’s Success Learning Academy is committed to creating a welcoming and caring atmosphere that fosters children’s learning and development. We aim to provide a childhood experience full of excitement, learning, and growth.
Shataria holds a degree in Early Education from Broward Community College. Her philosophy in life is to help others in need with a selfless passion. She is equally zealous in delivering excellence in education, social advancement and community involvement through a holistic approach utilizing lifelong enrichment programming.
As a school executive, Shataria opens the line of communication between students, parents, staff and the community in order to provide the highest level of education. Hence, breaking down any barriers to learning for each child while encouraging parental involvement. With over 10 years in the private school sector, Shataria’s experience encompasses a working knowledge and mastery in team building, management, business, professional development, strategic implementation, and community collaboration.
Her love for people and helping others attain their educational goals have been the culprit behind her charitable work and ultimately led her to start a non-profit organization in March 2011. Her long term goal is to open a Community Center that will be a safe-haven for children and youth to be mentored and engaged in enrichment activities.
She looks forward to servicing families with a great deal of love and kindness as well as offer youth and their families’ shelter and unwavering support. She hopes that her community center will instill lifetime values in young people while helping them develop emotionally, spiritually, and socially.
